 Warranty Return Policy

Pro-Satellite offers a 14-day warranty return policy for all products purchased directly from Pro-Satellite.  Defective or faulty units will be repaired, replaced or issued a store credit for the purchase price of the defective item. All returned items require a Pro-Satellite RMA number.  Please contact customer service at 716-632-3440 or via email at customerservice@pro-satellite.com for a RMA number prior to returning the item.  Our technician will assess the problem to determine whether or not the item is truly defective or faulty and if a return is required.

Returned items need to be shipped back in the original box with all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Once the return is received, a techinician will evaluate and assess the return.  Should an item be found "not defective with no problem found", a $20.00 service charge will be charged on the return for assessing the item.  Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge and shipped back to the customer or if requested, a store credit will be issued. 

Satellite Receivers must be returned un-modified.  Modified satellite receivers will not be accepted for any warranty return service.  Should a receiver be returned modified, the customer will be responsible for return shipping back to the customer as well as a $20.00 service charge for assessing the item.
