Pro-Satellite utilizes UPS for all domestic shipping with your choice of UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air (the cut off time for Next Day Air orders is 3:00 pm EST, orders placed for Next Day Air received after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day).
Shipping charges are calcuated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased. To find out shipping cost on a particular item, add the item(s) to your cart, enter your zip code and our shipping calculator will estimate shipping cost based on current UPS rates.

Items offered with FREE SHIPPING will automatically be shipped via ground service.
All orders placed for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs. Monday-Friday. Weekend or Holiday orders will be shipped the next business day. We are constantly updating our inventory but in the extreme rare event an item is on back-order or temporarily out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Wave Frontier Toroidal line of dishes and accessories can currently only be shipped to the US. Due to the size, the Wave Frontier Toroidal T90 will ship via BaxGlobal Air Freight. Additional processing and shipping time is required.
Pre-Order or Special Order items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. If paying via a credit card, your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
